2. License & Use

SwordScript grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, educational, and devotional Bible memorization.

3. Local Storage & Backups

SwordScript operates on your local device. You are responsible for maintaining your device backups if you wish to preserve your scripture progress when switching devices.

4. Intellectual Property

The SwordScript name, logo (shield, sword, and torch emblem), brand design, and application source code are the intellectual property of SwordScript. Scripture texts provided within the app are subject to their respective copyright holders and public domain protections.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

SwordScript is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
